Wagler Theresa is executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Steel Dynamics. Inc. She joined the Steel Dynamics corporate finance team in 1998, and has held various finance and accounting positions, including Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President and corporate controller, and was appointed to her current position in May 2007.
