About Steve Filton Steve Filton was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Universal Health Services, Inc. in 2003. In this capacity, he serves as a Principal Financial and Accounting Officer and Secretary to the Board. Mr. Filton additionally handles investor relations and is a frequent speaker at financial conferences. During Mr. Filton’s tenure, the company has grown to nearly $11 billion in annual net revenues with operations throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom.
