Some of the Akiona’s key accomplishments since joining AGS include: • Topline revenue growth of ~249 percent • Adjusted EBITDA growth of ~216 percent • Five major acquisitions totaling nearly $500 million: Cadillac Jack, Gamingo Limited, Rocket Gaming, In Bet Gaming, Gameiom Technologies • An initial public offering (“IPO”) with 10,250,000 shares offered at $16 per share; the stock price is up over 78 percent since listing • A successful refinancing of AGS’ credit facility in June 2017 together with a reduction in the interest rate on its term loans from LIBOR + 8.25% to LIBOR + 5.5%, over $10 million in annual interest savings • A successful repricing of AGS’ existing term loans in February 2018 from LIBOR + 5.5% to LIBOR + 4.25%, which will save over $6 million in annual interest expense AGS President and CEO Lopez said, “In 2015, Kimo stepped into the company amidst a storm of acquisition activities, a new ERP analysis, and a team in need of enhancements.
