Brolly Mr. Brolly joined Origin Bancorp, Inc. and Origin Bank as Senior Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer in January 2018. He is responsible for the financial and accounting management of the company, and most recently led efforts for the company to become publicly traded as OBNK. Mr. Brolly has approximately 20 years of banking experience and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fidelity Southern Corporation (Nasdaq: LION) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Fidelity Bank. He also served as Senior Vice President and Controller of Sun Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNBC) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Sun National Bank. He began his professional career in public accounting and spent 13 years at Deloitte. Mr. Brolly earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Drexel University, and is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
