He was appointed CFO of PSG Konsult Limited in June 2013. Mike joined PSG in 2001 as group financial director of Appleton Limited, later becoming chief operating officer (COO) of PSG Asset Management, and thereafter served as COO for the PSG Wealth division. Prior to that, he worked for both RAD Investment Bank and Deloitte & Touche in their corporate finance divisions, where he was involved in negotiating and implementing a variety of corporate finance deals and transactions.
