He began his career parallel to his studies as a junior consultant at luventa Finance GmbH, a Venture Capitalist in Berlin. After graduation Arne Klarmann started as consultant at bdp Venturis Management Consultants GmbH in 2005. He became Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance soon. Following he changed the industry and became CFO at CCG Cool Chain Group, a logistic group in Bremen, in 2009. Since 2013, Arne Klarmann is CFO of the Lampe & Schwartze Group and is responsible for finance, IT, marketing, human resources, and legal. In 2018, he became managing partner of the group.
