He joined Bajaj Finance in 2008 and since then has been an integeral part of the company’s growth and evolution journey from a mono-line Auto Finance company to a diversified financial services business. Between 2006 and 2008, he was part of the Internal Audit team at Bajaj Auto handling audits in the area of materials, system, finance and indirect tax. He joined Bajaj Finance in the management accounting unit and since then has played various roles in the company that include FP&A, Strategic Planning, Executive Assistant to CEO, Investor Engagement and Head of Management Accounting unit. In his current role as Head CFO and Business Head for Business Re-engineering and Investor Relations, he is responsible for improving business and functional proceeses with a sharp focus on straight through processed and bottom line benefits.
