SETSCO forms VICOM’s non-vehicular inspection and testing arm. SETSCO provides testing, calibration, inspection, consultancy and training services to the aerospace, marine and offshore, biotechnology, oil and petrochemical, building construction and electronics manufacturing industries. Its services include quality assurance testing and evaluation of building materials, structural and chemical analysis, food and microbiological analysis, environmental monitoring, amongst others. One of its recent developments is the setting up of SETSCO Aerospace Testing Centre (SATC) in November 2006. It provides a comprehensive range of non-destructive testing of aircraft components. SETSCO’s advent into the aerospace industry has been duly validated, as demand has been strong with many top local and foreign companies utilising our services. About Mary Lee Peck Kim Ms Mary Lee Peck Kim is Chief Financial Officer of VICOM Ltd and is responsible for the Group’s finance and accounting functions. She is an ACCA qualified accountant and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. Ms Lee is also a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. Prior to her appointment, Ms Lee was the Head of Finance at ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd. She brings with her many years of experience in the Group as well as experience in other listed and multinational companies. Year after year, the risk of accidents remain high as Singaporeans spend an increasing amount of time outdoors. The certainty of a vehicle’s condi- tion is paramount with this increase in road ac- tivity. Everyone who drives or rides in a vehicle benefits from regular vehicle safety inspection. Regular inspection ensures road safety for all. VICOM, a ISO 9001-certified organisation, has a strong reputation in vehicular testing and inspec- tion.
